  14. Your first outfit is my favorite! Not a lot of people can pull off neon green/yellow but you match it with neutrals and it looks great =D Also those Edelman spiked heels look killer on you!

  15. Love your style! It is so youthful and fun.

I am a new follower and wanted to know a few things about you. I am sure others may be curious as well.

    1. What is your profession? It is interesting to see how this affects a person's wardrobe choices during the work week and on the weekends.

    2. I am from the west coast and I feel our style is different from the east coast. Can you tell me what you think are the differences and if you try to incorporate some west coast influences in your wardrobe? (i.e. west coast is a bit more boho and east coast is a bit more preppy).

    3. What are your favorite online sites?

    4. What are your favorite bargain shops?

    5. If you only had $100, what would you purchase as an "investment" piece for your wardrobe?

  16. Of course I love all your outfits, but this post also gave us a peek into your house/apartment/wherever you live! I'm in love with your decor - can you give some details about those mirrors above your bed, and your headboard??

    Thanks!

  17. You are such a fashionista, I love all the outfits! Drooling over those Sam Edelman's though.. I want a pair so bad, but my feet don't seem to want to fit into the smallest size available..

  21. As always, you look fantastic! You always choose such bright colors that perk up the dull winter drabness.

Can you answer the questions posted by "anonymous?" It would be interesting to see your answers.

  23. 1. What is your profession? It is interesting to see how this affects a person's wardrobe choices during the work week and on the weekends.

I work in Finance. Our office does not work directly with clients, which explains why my I tend to wear almost whatever I want.

2.I am from the west coast and I feel our style is different from the east coast. Can you tell me what you think are the differences and if you try to incorporate some west coast influences in your wardrobe? (i.e. west coast is a bit more boho and east coast is a bit more preppy).

Maybe it's just me, but I think there is a sense of seriousness in the way east-coasters dress versus the care-free and fun west-coasters. My style is very much so influenced by the west coast. Most of my favorite bloggers are from there. Must be something in the water! :)

    3. What are your favorite online sites?

online sites to shop or to stalk? lol. To shop, I love eBay. To stalk for inspo I love Blair, Wendy, Anh and Krystle

4.What are your favorite bargain shops?

eBay! You can find almost anything and everything. I bought a pair of YSL pumps for $62 once! I also love The Closet, a consignment shop on Newbury in Boston.

    5. If you only had $100, what would you purchase as an "investment" piece for your wardrobe?

From a east-coaster's perspective, you can never go wrong with a good coat. I purchased my Tulle (on sale for around $100) jacket about 5 years ago and it is one of my favorite items. I use it to hide whatever drab outfit that I'm wearing underneath. Which I do all the time, especially if I'm only going to the market or to run errands.
