Paris: Part I

Pont Alexander III

Musee Du Louvre

Notre Dame

Grand Palace

Jardin des Tuileries

Musee de l'Armee (I think)

Arc de Triomphe

Paris was AMAZING! I can see why everyone loves this city. I wanna go back already and it's only been 2 weeks since we parted ways. My only regret with Paris is not having enough time. There was SO much to see, do, and experience. With very limited time, we toured only the major sights.

Regretfully, I didn't do ANY shopping during my visit. I knew I had more traveling ahead of me and I didn't want to add more weight to an already over packed suitcase. Terrible decision because the shops were AMAZING! We stayed only a block away from Champs de Elysees but with the exception to Chanel and LV, there wasn't anything worth looking at. It was only when we were walking to the Eiffel Tower for the light show that we discovered Avenue Montaigne. If you're thinking about doing serious damage, skip Champs de Elysees and head over to Avenue Montaigne. You can shop to your heart's content with Prada, Dior, Celine, Chloe, Fendi etc. all at your finger tips. It was simply amazing.

*For those that asked- my sandals are by Sam Edelman. And I have no tips for packing light. I'm your typical girl, I over pack for everything! :)

You looked great & so stylish - as always. I will have to remember your tips about Avenue Montaige (not that I will be travelling there anytime soon. But you never know!).

  15. You were impeccably dressed as always, Tu. I love it.

You say you only wore basics, but these structured pieces really stand out, esp when you compare other American Travelers!

I can't wait to see and hear more about your trip. Sounds amazing. I wish I had the chance to hit up Paris.

I miss Germany a lot, though. Next to Iceland... it's my favorite country.

I hope you had a blast in Paris - I have yet to step foot onto a plane. France is one of the first places that I would love to visit. I would love to soak in some of French air.
