Hot pants

Zara pants, Charlotte Russe shoes, F21 sweater, MJ clutch, RL belt

I bought these shoes (a few years ago) before I knew they were the knock off version of these Manolos. I should have known, C.R. couldn't have thought of this classic design all on their own, it was too good to be true. Nonetheless, I wish I had bought another pair, because they are so comfy!

Today, I got an email from a reader asking for help. I get emails here and there with random questions about random things, but not too many (meaning none), regarding styling tips, so this is quite exciting for me. I've arranged a time for Katie (name was changed to protect identity, lol) and I to chat via Gmail. This way she can ask me all the necessary questions, all at once - much easier than emailing. My first (e)styling job. First time is free but I'm gonna have to charge the next time around. I kid.

  6. Um, hello, Khatu smiling and laughing in some action shots?

More of those, please. I love seeing you laughing like that! You feel much more real and accessible to me. Not that you don't look and feel real, but you feel more like my friend, like someone I actually know, when I see you laughing and playing around like that!

We'll definitely have to hang out soon. Maybe when you come visit us in Hawaii next year?

  10. I love these shots...why can't my camera take pics like these? The pink looks amazing with the white flowers...almost like snow but much better. I want bright pants from Zara so bad...how do they fit? Are you folding the bottoms up? I wonder how much they are and then have to factor in $10-15 for a hem, unless I can find ankle pants.

  33. pretty! I got pink skinnies from Zara too! I tried those ones you have on but got another pair instead. I wanted to get both but thought 2 pairs of bright pink pants may be slightly excessive. But now I see them on you and I wish I had gotten them :)

I liked how you paired it with the neutral sweater and shoes.
