Reworked - Part II

Dress - vintage from eBay, size 14!

I've been looking for a maxi dress for quite sometime now, but it was nowhere to be found. I mean, I saw plenty but everything, from the fit, color, print & style was either FUG, awkward or cheap looking. Well, thank goodness for eBay- I swear you can find almost anything and everything on eBay. I tweeted about this dress not too long ago, so some of you may have seen it already. I literally took the entire dress apart before putting it back together - there was so much excess fabric! Took forever, but so satisfying knowing my dress is one of a kind!

  2. I am shaking my head in amazement at your skills and vision. That dress is definitely one of a kind and looks gorgeous on you.

I've thought about finding a tailor to create some wardrobe items, but you have me thinking I should just improve my sewing skills.

  3. You really should open up your own boutique one day. Online, etsy, or a real store. Couture creations.

You really do have some serious skill, and it's crazy what you can do!

I know you work harder because you're so small.

    WOW.

    I love it.

Plus it's bright and 100% you. You should live somewhere warmer. Your style is very Miami beach.

  14. You have awesome talent for seeing the beauty in, well, ugly things. I would never consider wearing the dress in the top picture, but what you did is absolutely gorgeous.

  18. Khatu!!! Well done on the the TWO over sized dress - wow, very impressive.

The maxi looks beautiful - can I get one in my size?? :P

Also, I feel like I haven't been here in forever, and apparently I haven't because I'm seeing all your posts now - wtf. I guess it's been a busy week (it has). Can I just say I LOVE the post of you by the beach in the red jacket and new Asos booties? LOVE that post.

Oh, and your petite fashion challenge - you're ROCKIN' those white jeans, I love 'em. I was going to say, 'Wow, those jeans must not be very long because they are floor length on you' but then I saw the height of those heels - nevermindthen.
